HOUSE RULES – BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Deposits/Advance Payments
For all reservations:
50% of the total amount will be charged upon booking.
50% of the total amount will be charged on the day of arrival.

Advance payment may be made by bank transfer (PT50017030480304001182674) or credit/debit card.

It is MANDATORY to send proof of payment by email by the payment deadline, including the name of the reservation holder. Otherwise, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

BOOKING: CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations are held until 8:00 pm on the arrival day (unless late check-in is previously arranged and accepted).

If the guest cancels the reservation up to 30 days before the arrival date, the advance payment will be REFUNDED.

In case of cancellation or no-show after the 30-day period before the arrival date, the advance payment will NOT be REFUNDED (50% of the total reservation price will be charged).
